One of the most helpful tools built into the ChartLogic EHR note platform is Smart Text. Smart Text allows you to create custom blocks of information that you can reuse and add at any point in your note-taking workflow.
To insert smart text, you’ll simply need to click the Smart Text icon in the upper right corner of whatever note card you’re interested in adding your smart text to.
This will open a dialogue where you can search for whatever text you want. Once you have a smart text option selected, you’ll be given a preview of what will be inserted. From there, you just need to click the Insert button to insert your smart text.
