Patient Portal Appointments

ChartLogic Patient Portal Appointments

Patients can see all appointments by clicking on the Appointments side tab. Once you’ve opened the appointments tab, you’ll be able to see a list of past and upcoming appointments that can be sorted by clicking on any column header. To see additional appointment details, simply select the appointment from the list by clicking on it.

This will open a sub-tab showing the appointment details in their own tab. If you return to the full list view, you can filter the appointments by using the filter-box at the top of the view and clicking the Search button.
