Update Summary

Thursday, July 28, 2022, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic EHR update. The updates will start at 10PM MT and are expected to be completed by 2AM MT on Friday, July 29. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

This version includes patient portal improvements, new note features, and a new reporting module, along with many usability improvements and bug fixes.

Enhancements 🚀

• Patient Portal Updates: Patient workflow improvements with better navigation and information. Help Article →
• Appointment Reminder Macros: Expands usefulness and functionality of appointment reminders. Allows customers to personalize messaging of appointment reminders and provide details of appointments to reduce no shows. Help Article →
• Episode of Care: Create the ability to have an episode with children notes within an episode. Help Article →
• Antepartum Care Card: Built off the Episode of Care feature, we added an new card to track pregnancy information (ACOG). Help Article →
• Reporting Module: Clients now can access important data within their client base to better manage the practice and improve patient care. This module is in a beta phase and may not be available to all customers. • Patient Demographic Header Updates: Cleaner look to patient demographic header. Help Article →
• Insert Image in Notes: Clients now can insert images in the chart to provide better patient care with specialties that need visual tracking. Help Article →
• Note Printing: Providing a more standard printing of the note and chart will give our clients the confidence of providing patients with insight into their ongoing health care. Help Article →
• Patient Tracker Updates: Adding these enhancements will give the practice more functionality with more real time information about the patient’s locations and needs. A real time communication tool between the clinical staff. Help Article →
• Patient Education Updates: The new patient education workflow integrated with the note cards encourages better patient investment into their care. Help Article →
• Multi-Select Adding Cards to Notes and Chart: Users can now add all the needed cards with less clicks. Help Article →
• Notes Navigation Bar: A card navigation bar has been added at the top of the notes to quickly move throughout the note. Help Article →
• Increase the Length on the Note Addendum: The addendum field length has been increased to meet the clinic’s needs. Help Article →
• BMI Auto Calculation on Vitals Card: Auto calculates and populates the BMI field in the vitals signs card. Help Article →
• Update Allergies to Search by Drug Class: Users can now search for allergies by drug classification. Help Article →

Bug Fixes 🔧

• Fixed work phone causing interface to crash.
• Fixed WinPM appointment error in CL10 HL7 parser.
• Fixed Vital printing incomplete on patient notes.
• Fixed WinPM appointment changes failing to send to CL10.
• Fixed printing full vitals and education doesn’t print.
• Fixed Medications card not updating inactive meds.
