Release Notes | Version 1.14.1

Update Summary

Thursday, August 8th, 2024, we will be pushing out a hotfix for ChartLogic 10. The update will start at 7PM MST and is expected to be completed by 11PM MST. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever. This update contains the items outlined below.

Bug Fixes 🔧

• 11977 – A change has been applied to correct the issue that was preventing patient forms from being sent after appointments were confirmed by patients.
• 11979 – A change has been applied to correct the issue that was preventing appointment reminder notifications from being sent when appointments were created in WinPM.
  • NOTE: If multiple intervals are selected to receive notifications, patients will only receive the notifications during the window of the appointment. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for 2 weeks out and an interval is selected for 1 month before, and 1 week before, the patient will only get the reminder for 1 week before as the appointment did not fall into the 1 month before window.
• 11978 – We previously released a fix for 11770 as part of 1.14 for proper display, however, we identified additional instances of orders not being displayed correctly. This release contains an additional change to accurately display orders and results in the patient orders card when HL7 Message contains Base64 PDF.
• 11980 – A change has been applied to properly handle Inbound responses from the patient related to appointment reminders. Patients can now successfully confirm, cancel or unsubscribe from the notifications being sent via text.
• 11995 – A change has been applied to prevent duplicate charge slips from being created if the finish button is clicked multiple times.
• 11989 – A change has been applied to properly handle the “State” field while entering information into the emergency contact information.
