Update Summary

Thursday, July 11, 2024, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic EHR update. The updates will start at 10PM MT and are expected to be completed by 2AM MT on Friday, July 12. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

This version includes the new Patient Self Registration/Scheduling feature, improvements to the API, usability improvements and bug fixes.

Enhancements 🚀

• Patient Self Scheduling/Registration: ChartLogic has added the ability for New patients to schedule appointments straight from the Practice’s website or landing page of their choosing. Patients will select the desired appointment time and enter base demographics to get the information over to the ChartLogic application. Help Article →
  NOTE: Please reach out to support if you would like this functionality enabled. Support will give the Practice the designated URL.
• Patient Communications: ChartLogic has made a change to properly handle the messages coming back from unsubscribing to patient notifications. Improving this functionality resulted in a rearrangement of the notification types under patient detail. Help Article →
• Interfaces Microservice: ChartLogic has added a new API that allows customizable configurations to interface with other Practice Management solutions. Design was targeted against specifications for WinPM, Advanced MD, and OpenPM.

Bug Fixes 🔧

• A change has been applied to correct the issue that was preventing appointment reminder notifications from being sent.
• A change has been applied to accurately display orders and results in the patient orders card where applicable omitting the object reference error.
• A change has been applied to display No Known Allergies correctly after signing a note.
