Enhancements 🚀

• Clinical Note Types: New clinical note types are now available in ChartLogic when creating a CCDA to meet ONC certification requirements. Help Article →
• ECR Reporting: In accordance with the ONC certification body we have added a new feature of electronic case reporting to state health registries. This allows a practice to report conditions as required in the form of CCDA documents. Help Article →
• Customer Survey: Customer Surveys will now be available from the product dashboard. This will capture customer feedback that will go directly to the product department. Help Article →
• Previous Name and Address: Added the ability to add and track previous names and addresses. Previously this was only tracked in the audit logs adding these entries to the CCDA as per certification requirements. Help Article →
