ChartLogic added the ability to add and track previous names and addresses. Previously this was only tracked in the audit logs adding these entries to the CCDA as per certification requirements. This is a new card located in the patient detail section.
Prior to this release ChartLogic did not display the previous name and address for the patients. This new card will give users the ability to add and track changes and updates to this patient information.
In the “Patient Detail” icon in the patient header a new Name and Address History card has been added. Clicking Add History will open the history screen to capture the previous data.
Users will enter the information that is considered previous information. The first and last name are required.
Users can view the previously entered data from this card. Data can be edited or deleted at any time. All updates and deletes are tracked in the audit logs as usual.
