ChartLogic has improved the CCD reconciliation process with workflow and including import errors prior to reconciliation.
ChartLogic did not include all the required errors when prior to reconciliation. This will allow the user to make note of items they might need to hand enter after importing and reconciling the patient through a CCD.
From the Tools-> worklist function select new task -> select the Clinical Document type.
Browse for a CCD to be imported/reconciled into the application, include the user (provider) to be associated. Hit the Add button.
Before completing the reconcile process, the patient information has a new look with better visibility to the information added to the application.
Other incoming records like allergies now have a count of how many will be included in the next step of reconciling the CCDA. This next step will allow the user to select one or all of the elements
Prior to reconciliation, the errors will be listed at the bottom of the document. There are 2 types of errors.
Within the errors the row and line of the CCD are displayed with the detailed data unable to be imported. The user can gather the information for manual entry post reconciliation.
Within the next step of the reconciliation process the screen now includes the ability to select portions of the CCD to be imported into a patient’s chart. ChartLogic has made this process easier to select one of the new elements with check boxes for all or at the individual item.
From here the user can continue with reconcile, reset, ignore, and save.
