Patient Creation

The ChartLogic EHR Patient Registration system is made to be extremely easy.

The ChartLogic Patient Registration is made to be as easy as possible. To get to the registration interface, click the Patient block in the side panel and then Register New Patient in the menu.

This will take you to a full form that will allow you to enter all the demographics and information you need. Once you are finished adding all the information, click the Add button to create the patient. This will take you to the newly created Patient Chart.
