Sometimes you’ll be assigned a task on your worklist that may be better assigned to someone else. To handle this, there are two solutions.
The first starts by you simply locating the task you want to reassign and selecting that task straight from the worklist. Once the task is selected, you’ll need to click the Reassign button located in the upper right corner of the worklist.
This will open a small dialogue with a drop-down menu where you can select the new user. Once you’ve selected the new user, just click Save and the task will be reassigned. This method also allows you to do more than one at a time to save time.
The second method is made for when you need to see a little bit more detail about the specific task. For this, you’ll click the Open button to the right of the task you’re interested in. This will take you to a sub-tab specifically focused on that task. To reassign the task here, you’ll need to select the new user from the User drop-down menu and then click the Save button.
