Customer Surveys will now be available from the product dashboard. This will capture customer feedback. This feedback will go directly to the product department.
We have not had a great way to capture customer feedback about the new CL10 product and updates we are working on. This feature will help us start to gather that feedback and help us decide what to build and make our product better for our users.
There will be an icon at the bottom of the left side dashboard as seen below.
When you click on this icon it will open a new web form to fill out as seen below. This will be a short 4-5 question survey.
Simply answer the questions and provide any feedback you wish and hit the submit button.
