Editing the contents of the Problems card is extremely straightforward. To edit it, you’ll need to find the card on your patient chart. If it’s not visible, you may have to add it through the card addition system.
Once you’ve found the card, click Edit Problems in the lower section of the Problems card. This will expand the card into a fully editable view. This menu will have a form in the left column and a list of already added problems in the right.
From here, you can add new problems, edit existing problems, or remove existing problems. To add a new one, simply fill out the form with the information you need. Once you have the information entered, if you’d like to just add one problem and leave the edit view, simply click the Add button. If you’d like to add more, click the arrow next to the Add button and your problem will be added and the form will clear allowing you to add another.
To edit a problem, you’ll need to select that problem from the list on the right by clicking on its name. From there, once you’ve made your edits, just click the Save button to have those changes saved to that problem. If you’d like to delete that problem, click the red Delete button next to the Save button. You’ll be asked to confirm and if you click Yes, the selected problem will be successfully deleted.
