We have made improvements to Patient Communications to allow for a more optimal workflow experience.
- Visibility of character count for messages.
- Better visibility into messages that will be split based on character count.
- Print preview option available by selecting the icon in the template header. Allows a user to preview the message prior to sending.
- When using Macros, additional information providing explanations are now displayed.
- Ability to set time zone based on practice location.
