The ChartLogic Patient Portal Appointment Requests system is built to be extremely straightforward. Patients can access requests by clicking on the Requests side button opening the Requests tab.
This tab shows a list of all past and current patient requests. To submit a new request, they’ll need to click the New Request button.
Then they’ll select appointment from the type dropdown box. They’ll need to select their provider and their location and fill in all other corresponding information. To send the request, they’ll simply click the Send button and their request will be sent to the practice.
