ChartLogic Patient Portal ChartPatients can view their health information by clicking on the Chart side tab.
This will open to a read only view of the patient’s information where they can use a similar card system to their chart. The layout is entirely customizable giving you the ability to view your content in a variety of ways. There are two general views you can use and they both provide different focuses. To switch between views, you’ll need to click on the icons in the upper right corner of your chart.
The Expanded view will display the full-width version of all the cards visible on your chart allowing you to get a little more in depth than the Summary view. The Summary view will display the cards visible on your chart in an organized column layout. To switch up the number or arrangement of columns in display, you’ll need to click on the layout button in the upper right corner of your chart. On the next screen, you can select your preferred layout and your chart will automatically adjust.
To add a card, you’ll need to click the card button in the upper right corner of your chart. From there, you’ll select which card you want from the card drop-down menu. Next, you can title the card what you want and choose which fields will be displayed by clicking the corresponding check box. Lastly, you can even adjust the order of the fields by selecting on and clicking the arrows shown to the right. Remember: smaller width cards are only going to show the first couple fields so priority here matters. Once you’re back on the chart, moving a card is as simple as drag and drop. To pick it up, you’ll simply need to click somewhere in the title bar and hold down the mouse button while you move the card to your desired location, where it will automatically adjust to the new location’s column-width. To edit a card, you’ll need to click the icon located in the upper right corner of that respective card.
Once you’re there, you’ll click Edit Card to open the editing dialogue. On the edit card screen, you can change the name of the card, move fields up and down, and toggle the visibility of fields. Remember: smaller width cards are only going to show the first couple fields so priority here matters. Once you’ve made your edits, you’ll click the save button to save your changes. To remove a card, you’ll simply need to click the icon located in the upper right corner of that respective card and click Remove Card.
