Inviting a New User

The ChartLogic EHR User Invite system is made to be extremely easy.

The invite process for new users in ChartLogic EHR is made to be as straightforward as possible. To get started, first click on the Patient icon in the side toolbar and the Patient Search link in the slide-out menu. On the next screen, simply enter your search criteria and then click the Search button.

Select the patient you want to invite and once you’re on the patient chart, simply click the Invite icon in the patient toolbar. Confirm the patient’s email and phone number are correct and click the Next button.

Then have your patient check their email and click the Register button in the message. This will take them to the registration screen where they’ll need to click Click here to create one. Have the patient enter their proper information and then click the Next button. Then they’ll need to check their text message and type the passcode they received in the passcode box. Then all they need to do is click the Continue button and they’re registered.
