The ChartLogic EHR Audit Log is built to show you every action you could ever need to look back to. To open the audit log, simply click the Tools block in the side panel and then Audit Log in the menu.
Once it’s open, you’ll be shown a search dialogue above a complete, unfiltered list of all actions. To search and filter the log, add your search information to the drop-down menus and text boxes and click the Search button once you’re ready.
