ChartLogic has added a new Referrals card to the patient chart. The referrals card can be used to track different referral types involved in the care of the patient.
From the Referrals Card, click on New Referral and fill out the required fields. If users have sent out corresponding documents, these documents can be attached to the card for documentation purposes.
NOTE: Referral types can be created under the configuration menu.
NOTE: The creation and transmission of referrals will follow in future releases.
