Searching for Patients

The ChartLogic EHR system was built with a specific focus on making sure patient information is stored safely and securely while simultaneously being easy for the provider to search.

There are two primary ways to search for patients. In the upper right corner of your screen, you can use the inline patient search to enter your criteria.

You’ll be given a list of patient options to select from, but if you want more results you can click the tab at the bottom of the list that says more results. This will take you to second method, the full patient search.

You can also find the full patient search by clicking the patient sidebar button and then clicking Patient Search from the flyout menu. The actual searching feature in the full patient search is like the inline but the full patient search provides you with a full list organized into sort-able columns allowing you to look more in depth.
