Patient Portal Updates 1.8

What:

We have updated the Patient Portal management icons to be one globe icon instead of the airplane and key icons. The User Management button now opens in a tab within the window instead of a new browser tab.

Why:

We made these changes to make some things more clear and easier to use. This will also allow for future updates and functionality when managing a patients portal account.

How:

• The new Patient Portal account takes the place of the old Airplane and Key icons. This is found in the patient chart screen. The functionality of sending a patient an invite to the portal or change the password are nested in this icon and does not change functionality.
• 
• The label when changing your password has been updated from “Password” to “New Password” to indicate where to enter the new desired password.
• After entering user management, you would go to a new tab or window and couldn’t go back to your previous screen. Now user management is embedded so you can easily return to the area you were working previously.
