ChartLogic Patient Portal Requests system
Patients can access requests by clicking on the Requests side button opening the Requests tab. This tab shows a list of all past and current patient requests.
Patients can filter these requests by using the search boxes at the top of the module. They can also sort the displayed requests by clicking the column headers. If they click on a request it will open with additional details in a new tab. To submit a new request, they’ll need to click the New Request button. From here, they can submit appointment and prescription requests by filling out the form and clicking the Send button.
