The ChartLogic Patient Portal Messaging system is built to make patient-doctor communication as easy as possible.
To open the clinic communications, you’ll need to select Messaging in the sidebar. Here, you’ll be able to see any messages in your inbox from the clinic.
You can reply or forward to a message by clicking the respective icons in the upper right corner of the message pane.
This will open you up into a reply or forward screen where you can enter your information and click the Send button to send your message. You can also compose a completely new message by clicking the New Message link on the main messaging screen. You’ll need to fill out the details and then click the Send button to send your message.
