What:
The patient demographic header has been updated with a new look.
Why:
To help with screen fatigue and display more meaningful information we have updated the patient demographic header. The patient demographic header now matches the look of the note header.
How:
The patient information has been grouped to provide quicker access to the information. ChartLogic is creating consistency in the application header for the user to have confidence of the location of specific information.
