What:
We have improved the copy last exam to have the ability to copy any completed note.
Why:
The previous copy last exam limited the user to only copy the last exam also bringing over data that should be capture as real time data like vital signs.
How:
Within the patient note card an icon appears at the beginning on a finished note. Click on the icon and a new note is automatically created with a new note date. This will copy only the free text data entered in the note copied from. Information like ROS and vital signs will not be copied into the new note.
