ChartLogic may configure and connect to immunization registries through an API. Once that is setup you can enable or disable immunization sharing in the patient demographics.
The Immunizations chart card allows you to download immunizations to the patient chart, add immunizations that are shared and stored with a registry, or download the immunization history from a registry and add them to the patient record.
