We have combined the following cards for better workflow into the Histories and Objective Card: Family History, Goals, Health Concerns, Medical Histories, Mental Status, and Social Histories.
Why:
This will help in capturing data in cards that have the same workflow and codified searches.
How:
Within the Histories and Objectives card start by selecting Add Descriptor -> select a category -> search for a code and complete as usual. The snomed codes have been updated to include all the entries for selection like smoking and alcohol consumption.
