What:
We added the feature to hide the patient social security number in the patient demographics view in the note.
Why:
The patient social security number was visible while using the patient chart and for security reason the number will now be hidden when in the viewing mode. You can access the number in edit mode only.
How to use hidden Social security numbers
When you are in the patient chart mode and a social security number has been entered and saved you will see dots in place of the numbers.
The full social security number can be viewed in edit mode by clicking the eye icon.
