Editing the contents of the Vitals card is extremely straightforward. To edit it, you’ll need to find the card on your patient chart. If it’s not visible, you may have to add it through the card addition system.
Once you’ve found the card, click Edit Vitals in the lower section of the Vitals card. This will expand the card into a fully editable view. This menu will have a form in the left column and a list of already added sets of vitals in the right.
From here, you can add new sets of vitals, edit existing sets, or remove existing sets. To add a new one, simply fill out the form with the information you need. Once you have the information entered, if you’d like to just add one set of vitals and leave the edit view, simply click the Add button. If you’d like to add more, click the arrow next to the Add button and your set of vitals will be added and the form will clear allowing you to add another.
To edit a set of vitals, you’ll need to select that set from the list on the right by clicking on its name. From there, once you’ve made your edits, just click the Save button to have those changes saved to that set. If you’d like to delete that set, click the red Delete button next to the Save button. You’ll be asked to confirm and if you click Yes, the selected set of vitals will be successfully deleted.
