Editing the Medications Note Card

The ChartLogic EHR Note Card systems are made to be extremely easy.

Editing the contents of the Medications card is extremely straightforward.

To edit it, you’ll need to click Edit Medications in the left section of the card. This will open the medication menu in a modal. To add a medication, simply click the Add Medication button underneath the list of active medications. This will expand to a medication search field that you can enter your search details into. Once you’ve selected your medication, click the Save button and it will be added to your patient chart.
