Date Picker on Note Creation

What:

The DOS option will change from a 7 date range selector to a date picker without constraints to how far in the past or future.

Why:

The 7 day constraints was limiting to the need of the clinical staff to select the correct DOS.

How:

When creating a new note the Date of Service field now has a date picker.  The functionality tied to the date selected and the appointment auto fill remains the same.  Ex: If the patient has an appointment on a date selected the appointment will automatically be added the appointment field.
