Data Export

The Chartlogic EHR allows you to perform a one-time export of patient’s clinical documentation or to set up a recurring job to export all patient’s clinical documentation. The data export tool creates a consolidated clinical document that contains all of the patient’s clinical information that can be downloaded.

To setup a data export click on Tools on the left-hand side then select Data Export.

This will open up the data export tool where it displays an activity log of active and completed exports. You can create new exports or configure a recurring data export for all patients.

To set up a one time export click on New Export in the top right corner then configure the provider and time-frame.

To set up a recurring data export click on Configure in the top right corner. Then set frequency, day of the week, start and end dates for the automatic export to happen and click save.

To download the clinical documents click on the download icon on the right side of the card.

From here you can open the downloaded file and it will contain the clinical documentation for your patients.
