Years ago, when ChartLogic was just starting, the note system was what got people interested and since then, it’s only improved. There are two ways to enter the note creation dialogue.
One option is by clicking the New Note icon in the patient toolbar in the upper right corner of the screen and the other option is by clicking the New Note button in the lower section of the Patient Notes card. Both options will take you to the New Note screen. Here you’ll have to assign a type, a provider, and a date to your note before you can start. Once all your required data is entered, simply click Add to create your note.
