Flowsheets

What:

We have added the ability to track and trend elements from the vitals card in a graph format.

Why:

There is a need to have graph trends for patient’s vitals data to track their health over time.

How:

From the Growth Charts/Flowsheet card select add-> choose from the type menu

• Blood Pressure Flowsheet will automatically graph diastolic and systolic by the date range you select
• Weight Flowsheet will automatically graph all the captured weight by the date range selected
• BMI Flowsheet will graph all the captured BMI data by the selected date range
• Respiratory Flowsheet will graph pulse and respiration by the selected date range
• Oxygen Flowsheet will graph O2 saturation and inhaled O2 concentration

The Flow sheet created will show on the flow sheet card. Clicking on the flowsheet icon will display the graph for what was created.

From the vitals Card, click on the flow sheet icon  , select the desired flow sheet. A flow sheet will be created in the flow sheet card.

Changes have been made to the Growth Chart Card renaming it to Growth Charts and Flowsheets. The card has been updated to include the flowsheets created from the vitals card. Users can create the same flowsheets from this card by clicking the Add Record button.
