Smartfields can be entered inside of a note, a note template and intake form templates to automatically pull that specific information into the note or intake form. To do so use the hashtag (#) to pull up a smart search list. For example, if you type #patient the list below will show up. When you select the Smartfield you are looking for i.e. #patientname it will insert the patient’s full name into the text box.
