Within a patient chart you have the opportunity to add, edit, or delete a Health Concerns chart card. Locate the card and click the Edit Concerns link.
The Health Concerns – Available Concepts will open. Type in the search field to locate the concept you wish to add. Once it displays, click on it to highlight and then click the Add button.
The concept will be move to the right side under Added Concepts.
Be sure to click Save for this information to be on the patient’s chart. To remove a concept, click to highlight the specific concept and click the trash can icon located at top right.
The chart will display a summarized view of the Health Concern entered.
