Editing the Patient History Note Card

The ChartLogic EHR Note Card systems are made to be extremely easy.

The ChartLogic EHR note system is built to allow an array of individually different History cards.

Editing the contents of each patient History card is extremely straightforward.  Once you’ve found the card, click Edit History in the card. This will expand the card into a fully editable modal view. This menu will have a search in the left column and a list of already added histories in the right.

From here, you can add new history items or remove existing histories. To add a new one, simply search and select. Once you have the history or histories selected, simply click the Add button underneath and whatever you have selected will be added. If you want to remove a history from the list, simply select it and click the Delete icon in the upper right corner of the module.
