Editing Patient Demographic Information

Editing a patient’s demographics is made to be as straightforward as possible. You can edit the information in our Practice Management program, WinPM, as well, but to edit the information here in ChartLogic EHR, you’ll need to open the patient chart of the patient you’re interested in editing the demographics of.

To enter the edit dialogue, you’ll need to click the edit button in the toolbar in the upper right section of the patient demographic card. Clicking this will expand the demographic card into a form version. To edit this, simply change what you need to change and then click the save button in the lower right corner of the card.
