Update Summary

Thursday, January 6, 2022, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic EHR update. The updates will start at 10PM MT and are expected to be completed by 2AM MT on Friday, January 7. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

This version has many new features including Dragon Medical One integration, eFax letterheads, patient portal improvements and more, along with several usability improvements and bug fixes.

Voice Dictation

• ChartLogic 10 now supports Dragon Medical One (SpeechKit).
• This integration within the note allows clinical staff to complete the notes quickly and easily using the powerful voice dictation functionality that has made ChartLogic the leader in EHR voice recognition.
• Users can dictate in free text card fields and navigate within the note with the “go to (card)” command.

Letterheads

• We have now added the ability to create and include a letterhead when printing, faxing or messaging.

eFax

• We have updated eFax to allow users to resend faxes, add a cover letter, and enter any number.
• There was an issue in the formatting of the fax when sending a note. The fax now matches the patients chart or note.
• There was an issue where faxes were getting cut off at the bottom this is now resolved.

MIPS

• We have added the E-Prescribing measure to Automated Measures used in MIPS.
• We have added a new quick link for providers to open the Healthmonix MIPSPro dashboard without having to leave ChartLogic.
• ChartLogic 10 now supports MIPS processing.

Patient Portal Improvements

• For added clarity, we updated the label when changing passwords to “New password”.
• When accessing User Management it now keeps you in context of the screen instead of opening a new tab.
• We’ve combined the icons used in the Patient Chart for Patient Portal management to a single Globe icon.

Notes

• We have added a timer to the header of the Patient Chart. Help Article →
• We updated the Family History relationship selection to have the most common selections at the top. Help Article →

Allergies/Problems Cards

• We updated the allergy/problems lists with the current No Known codes.
