Update Summary

Thursday, June 28th, 2018, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic EHR and Connect Patient update. The update will start at 10PM MST and is expected to be completed by 2AM MST on June 29th. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

These version updates include improvements to Connect Patient intake forms, patient messages, reporting and other CL9 improvements. See below for the full release notes.

ChartLogic EHR

Enhancements

• Age is included in the Superbill report.
• Added the option to write HL7 messages to files for HIEs.
• Secure messages sent from the portal are part of patients’ permanent record. Learn more →
• Prescription refill request sent from the portal are part of patients’ permanent record. Learn more →

Bug Fixes

• Growth charts are now working for patients with leap year birthdays.
• The Lab Result Interventions dialog will now open every time an encounter is opened.
• Improved the filtering on Superbill Report.
• Fixed hyperlink functionality in Referral Reply Letters.
• Can now register a patient with a referring provider.
• Implant Devices now accept all date formats.
• Patient Intervention is now appearing correctly for patients.
• Can now send data share messages.
• User list drop downs are now fully populated.
• Can now properly cancel out of Patient Tracker.
• Performance issues surrounding Configure/Education have been resolved.
• Suffix names in Address Book have been updated.
• Faxes are no longer sending duplicates when clicking Auto Referral Letter within and exam.
• Can now open a human readable CDA when reconciling a CCDA.
• Performance improvements have been made inside Document Manager.

Patient Portal

Enhancements

• All reconciled intake forms can now be viewed and printed. Learn more →
• Intake forms can now have free-form questions. Learn more →
• Insurance effective date is no longer required in Intake Forms.
• All signed consent forms are now viewable. Learn more →
• The Change Healthcare test results section can be disabled for clients not using Change Healthcare Labs. Learn more →
• All email notifications are now personalized with the clinic’s name, not Medsphere.
• List of completed appointment requests is easier to access.
• List of completed prescription refill requests is easier to access.

Bug Fixes

• Visit List was improved so messages and forms from the EHR are not included.
• General improvements made to Patient Portal audit logging.
