Update Summary

This upgrade addresses various issues related to memory leaks that were causing intermittent crashes of the application (especially related to, but not limited to, document management and Dragon Medical integrations) by upgrading the ChartLogic 9 client to 64-bit architecture (from 32-bit).

Enhancements 🚀

• The client is now cryptographically signed to enhance security and provide a means of publisher verification

Bug Fixes 🔧

• The installer will no longer reboot the system without warning (although rebooting after the installation/upgrade has completed is recommended)

Note: Dragon Medical Practice Edition has been unsupported by Nuance/Microsoft since early 2022; despite our best efforts to maintain compatibility, Dragon Medical Practice Edition is incompatible with 64-bit architecture due to the lack of vendor support. An upgrade to Dragon Medical One Cloud is required to maintain voice integration capability with this upgrade and future releases of ChartLogic 9.
