Update Summary

Thursday, October 21, 2021, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic EHR update. The updates will start at 10PM MT and are expected to be completed by 2AM MT on Friday, October 22. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

This version update includes a new Lab Order workflow feature along with several usability improvements and bug fixes.

Enhancements 🚀

• New Feature: Added a new workflow for labs to ensure that they are reviewed and that the office/providers are aware of new lab results. Help Article →
• Added the ability to hide the patient social security number in the patient demographics view in the note. Help Article →
• Added the location site for blood pressure when completing vitals. Help Article →
• Updated the validation message when using the patient education card and configuration has not been completed. Help Article →

Bug Fixes 🔧

• Fixed an issue where ePrescribe module would not open when patient was created through WinPM.
• Fixed an issue where allergies were not crossing over to ePrescribe module.
• Fixed an issue where an error occurred when trying to add multiple codes to a procedure.
