On Thursday, February 19th, 2026, we will be pushing out an update for ChartLogic 10.

During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

This update contains no bug fixes. All items below are enhancements and new functionality.

Patient Data Restriction Request 🔒

Added functionality to allow patients to request data restrictions from the patient portal. This request will be sent to the practice for acknowledgement. The new Request for Data Restriction message will display in the user’s Worklist for acknowledgement.

USCDI v3 – Patient Demographics 📋

• Occupation: Added the ability to capture codified Occupation and Occupation Industry.
• Tribal Affiliation: Added the ability to capture tribal affiliation.

Note: These additional fields can also populate with the data coming across from the WinPM integration.

USCDI v3 – Payer Info

Users now have the ability to view insurance information on a patient if received.

Clinical Note Types 📝

Improved the workflow of utilizing the following clinical note types within the patient chart:

• History & Physical
• Procedure Note
• Progress Note

Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)

• Problem & Procedures List: Added the ability to designate SDOH findings within the problem list and procedures list.
• Goals & Health Concerns: Added ability to associate SDOH Goals and Health Concerns within the Histories and Objectives card.

C-CDA

Updated the generation of the Clinical Document (CCD) to align with the updated standards. All new data elements are now incorporated into the CCD when generated and transmitted.

Patient Interventions ⚙️

Improvements to the demographic parameters have been made. Users are now able to include:

• Ethnicity, Race & Sexual Orientation: as parameters for the patient intervention.
• Implantable Device Information: in the patient intervention.
• Immunization Information: in the patient intervention.
• Source Attributes: if applicable, to the patient intervention.

Users now have the ability to interact with the intervention when a selected patient meets the parameters assigned. Click on the illuminated icon to see the information associated. To document an action taken, click within the Action Taken column or expand the arrow to the left of the intervention. From this window, users can select an action from the dropdown as well as provide additional feedback in the note field.
