1. Added: NDCID for registries that want a NDC # for the vaccine vs a CVX #

3. Source: Changed from free text to list of choices.
1. Query HIE: Sends request to HIE for current patient. Vaccination information for patient at registry (if there is any) is displayed to user.
The most extensive changes have occurred in the Vaccine entry screens.
The following items have been added:
1. Selected: Select which vaccinations are sent to the HIE
2.Ordered by: Provider who ordered the vaccine
3. VFC Eligibility Status: Vaccine for Children Eligibility Statius
4. Date Info Presented: Date vaccine literature was given
5. Refusal reason text: additional free text information for refusal
6. Entered by: User who entered the information
7. Last Update: Date and time that vaccine information was last updated. Used to determine when sending to HIE if the data is to be sent as a new vaccine or an update to one already sent to the HIE.
8. Sent to Registry: Date and time vaccine information was sent to the registry
The following items have been changed from the original:
1. Source: Renamed to “Info Source” Now a list
2. Vaccine literature Given: Can now specify which literature was given
3. Send to HIE: sends selected vaccination information to HIE. Success or failure of send is displayed to user
