What:
We have added the head circumference percentile, BMI percentile, and weight for length percentiles to the CCDA export files along with their corresponding LOINC codes.
Why:
As part of our compliance update there are some new requirements for data exports. To maintain our product certification, we are required to include the percentiles and LOINC codes in our CCDA exports. This work adds these fields to the exports so they can be sent to providers or HIE’s.
How:
There is no work needed by the user. These fields are just added to the CCDA export. A patient just needs to have the vitals data entered in the system.
