Schedule

The schedule is now conveniently located on the ChartLogic Main Screen, allowing users to see who is coming in that day without opening another window. Providers using ChartLogic’s EMR stand-alone solution will be able to schedule appointments from this area.

To schedule a recurring appointment:

1. Select the patient.
2. Double-click the desired time slot in the schedule.
3. Click on the Edit Recurrence tab.

Note: If using a demographic interface, the interface may be configured to populate the schedule automatically. Any appointments manually made in ChartLogic EMR does not transfer through the interface back into the scheduling program.

4. Adjust the Appointment time, Recurrence pattern, and Range of Occurrence as needed.
5. Click OK.
6. Click OK again to return to the ChartLogic Main Screen.

Note: Users can adjust the importance of the appointment by selecting the High Importance or Low Importance icons on the right.

To schedule a non-recurring appointment:

1. Select the patient.
2. Double-click the desired time slot in the schedule.
3. Fill in information for Subject, Description, and Start/End Time as needed.
4. Click OK.

Note: Users can flip through days by using the arrow buttons or the calendar icon.
