ChartLogic added the ability to add and track previous names and addresses. Previously this was only tracked in the audit logs adding these entries to the CCDA as per certification requirements. This is a new card located in the patient detail section.
Prior to this release ChartLogic did not display the previous name and address for the patients. This new card will give users the ability to add and track changes and updates to this patient information.
There is a new tab on the patient information screen called Previous Info. This is where you can add/find previous name and address information.
To add either Name or address click the Plus button in the section you wish to add and enter the historical information. Click ok and the information is saved. This data can also be edited and deleted if needed. All updates are tracked in the system audit log.
