Patient Intervention and Health Maintenance Profiles

ChartLogic Patient Intervention tracks patient preventive care information to help forecast, maintain, and alert patient needs, such as annual exams or vaccinations.

To access Patient Intervention:

1. From the exam screen, go to Patient > Patient Intervention, select Patient Intervention from the menu on the left, or voice the command “patient intervention.”

Note: If the Patient Intervention is turned on in the User Configuration, the health maintenance tickler will automatically appear when you create a new exam.
