Perform a Query
When the Direct Message Report window opens, set your search parameters, then click “Query” to search for direct messages.
Search Parameters
| Parameter | Value | Description |
| From/To | Dates | The date range to restrict the search to |
| Type | All, Receive, Send | Show Received, Sent, or All messages |
| In Read | All, Yes, No | Show messages that have been read, have not been read, or all messages |
Search Results
Query Results will be returned in the lower data grid. Once you have found the correct message, select the corresponding row in the data grid
