Update Summary

Tuesday, June 29, 2021, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic EHR update. The updates will start at 10PM MT and are expected to be completed by 2AM MT on Wednesday, June 30. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.

This version update includes the new Copy Last Exam feature along with many performance improvements and bug fixes.

Bug Fixes 🔧

• Fixed when a Note has an attached Charge Slip but no appointment, the Date of Service field is hidden from the note details. The Date of Service field returns if the Charge Slip is deleted.
• Fixed if Sex = ‘U’ in WinPM, the chart won’t open in CL10.
• Fixed where registering patients in WinPM Produces a default primary phone number in the EHR.
• Fixed where the worklist Created Date and Completed Date have different date formats.
• Fixed where the patient Note would lag when loading, adding, and editing structured note on edge browser.
• Fixed where updating required fields with blank spaces displayed an error.
• Fixed where deleting a procedure entry with an active status next to non-active entry deleted both entries.
• Fixed where a Note with inactive Note Type displayed as active.
• Fixed where users couldn’t create a new patient with Birth Order.
• Fixed where worklist items could be read when read permission is disabled.
• Fixed where appointment types could be configured with a 0:00 duration appointment type. There is a 0:05 minimum duration on appointments.
• Fixed where an error occurred when configuring weekly or monthly data exports.
• Fixed where deleting an appointment series does not close opened child appointment tabs.
• Fixed where the Medication List didn’t delete medications when associated to a prescription request.
• Fixed where the signature-pad didn’t resize.
• Fixed the formatting when searching for a specific health concern where the code displays preferred term incorrectly.
• Fixed where unchecking Family Relationship checkboxes were hidden on the bottom code.
• Fixed where printing a finished note no longer showed the physician’s signature.
• Fixed where adding Vitals displayed an error.
• Fixed where saving a data export config adds 7 hours to start time and end time.
• Fixed when sending an electronic fax, it displayed an error and prevents the fax from being sent.
