Update Summary
Thursday, April 27th, 2017, we will be pushing out a new ChartLogic 8 and Connect Patient update. The update will start at 10PM MST and is expected to be completed by 2AM MST on April 28th. During the scheduled update window, you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or you may experience no interruption whatsoever.
These version updates include improvements to copying exams, workflow efficiencies and new patient engagement features. See below for the full release notes.
ChartLogic Version 8.1.16
PD-9 – Improved the copy Last Exam feature to help retain ICDs associations to CPTs.
PD-10 – Resolved links to Images in Referral Reply Letters when being faxed or Auto-Faxed on Save and Finish.
PD-32 – Enhanced the Copy User function to retain Format Toolbar selections.
PD-34 – Modifiers and Units/Days added to CPT codes in Superbill configuration now populate in the Superbill.
PD-59 – Stabilized Auto Faxing of the Referral Reply Letter.
PD-145 – Improved the “Referred To” Smartfield in outbound referral letter templates.
PD-146 – Resolved an issue with NKDA duplicating in the patient Allergy list.
PD-33 – Enhanced the Referral Reply Letter window to now include Primary Care Providers in the list of Physicians.
PD-25 – Made speed enhancements when saving exams, messages, and forms.
Connect Patient Version 1.1.0
PD-110 – Resolved issue in the intake reconciliation form where SSN incorrectly showed as a duplicate.
PD-116 – Update language list to full ISO 639-2 Set.
PD-125 – Changed label of uploaded files from “content” to “file”.
PD-118 – Relabeled the “Asked but unknown” option to “Decline to give” when presented to a patient.
PD-98 – Intake forms are now pre-populated with the patient’s information.
PD-95 – There is now an option to print the portal invite URL, passcode, and instructions.
PD-99 – Added red asterisks to required fields.
PD-100 – Made the intake form reconciliation process more user friendly.
PD-114 – When sending a portal invite, the system validates patient data and displays errors.
PD-140 – Audit log records changes to user roles.
PD-141 – Patient access log displays what data has been changed.
PD-189 – Able to filter the message inbox by message subjects.
PD-39 – Appointment reminders: SMS, voice calls, email
PD-49 – Send appointment status to AMD after patient responds to the appointment reminder
PD-50 – Send appointment status to MBS/Win after patient responds to the appointment reminder
PD-155 – Lab result are accessible from the portal in the Visit List
PD-156 – Diagnostic imaging reports are accessible from the portal in the Visit List
